As the season reaches its fullest expression of light, you’ll be invited to slow down, receive, and connect more deeply with yourself.

Each experience unfolds uniquely, creating space for relaxation, insight, renewal, and energetic alignment. We close with quiet journaling and reflection, allowing what moved through you to settle, integrate, and illuminate the season ahead.

Led by Reiki Master Nicole Coon. No prior Reiki or meditation experience is needed. All are welcome.
