Sip, Glow & Flow

Get ready to shine from the inside out at Sip, Glow & Flow, an uplifting evening of movement, music, and connection. We’ll move through a playful, all-levels yoga class set to feel-good music, surrounded by cozy lighting and glowing black lights that bring the energy to life.

Before class, enjoy a glass of wine and light snacks while adding a little sparkle with body-safe paint. Think shimmery accents and creative touches that glow under black light. White or light-colored clothing is encouraged to help you shine even brighter as you move.

Then, flow through an energizing yet accessible sequence designed to warm the body, lift the mood, and finish with a relaxing savasana that leaves you feeling radiant and refreshed.
