Color Our World Reading Challenge

Books have the power to color our world through their words, emotions, and stories. Each week, we’ll explore a different Color of the Week, inviting you to find books that bring that color to life. Every book you submit earns you an entry into a prize drawing at the end of the challenge, so the more you read, the more chances you have to win!
Submissions start on May 5 and end on July 25. The drawing will take place July 28. The color of the week will be posted on Facebook every Monday morning and sent to your email if given to us.

Read a book that connects to the week’s color in any way you choose! A new color is announced every Monday.
In the title (Ex.The Green Mile).
In the author’s name (Ex. Karen White).
The color of the cover.
A book that feels like that color—is it warm and fiery like red? Peaceful like blue? Mysterious like black?

Pick up a submission form from the front desk or fill it out online!

This will include your name, the book title & author, and the color it represents and a brief explanation of why! (Author’s name, the emotion it evokes, etc.)
