Through breath, sound, and inner journeying,
we will reconnect the sacred thread between your womb, heart, and throat —
restoring the flow of expression, emotion, and creation that was once interrupted.

What to Expect:
🌹 Guided body-based meditations through the womb, heart and throat
🌹 Somatic movement, light trance hypnotherapy and vocal expression using sacred sound and breath
🌹 Deep guided journeys to meet and heal your inner child, teenage, and adult selves
🌹 Reflection and gentle journalling to bring your voice home
Please bring your journal, pen and a small shawl or blanket for warmth and comfort.
