Hydration: 2L water minimum — no facilities on route ?  
Recommended: Hat, sunscreen ☀️

By joining this Freespirit Beyond event, you acknowledge and agree that:  
1. Voluntary Participation: You are participating voluntarily in an outdoor activity that includes risks like uneven ground, steep drops, rock falls, bad weather, and open-water swimming.  
2. Assumption of Risk: You fully understand and accept ALL risks of injury, illness, loss, damage, or death that may happen before, during, or after the event.  
3. Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own safety, health, fitness, actions, and belongings. You confirm you are medically fit for a medium trek.  
4. Waiver of Liability: You give up your right to sue or take legal action against Freespirit Beyond, its organisers, event leader Stefan Agius, and all volunteers for ANY reason, including if there is negligence.  
5. Indemnification: If your actions cause harm to others, you are responsible, not us.  
6. Leader’s Instructions: You must follow the event leader’s instructions at all times. If you don’t, it’s your own risk.  
7. Swimming: All water activities are optional and at your own risk.  
8. Binding Agreement: If you do not agree with these terms, do not come. By attending, you accept this waiver completely.  
9. Right to Refuse Participation: The event leader and organisers reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any person from the event at any time, for any reason, without explanation.
