Mirko Sollima and Alexia Aulicino invite you into a deeply immersive Sound Bath, guided by a rare collection of instruments gathered over more than twenty years of research in the field of sound therapy.

You will embark on a unique journey through sacred, ancient harmonic sounds.

Powerful, enveloping gong vibrations alternate with the ethereal tones of singing bowls; ancestral shamanic drum pulsations intertwine with the flowing sound waves of harmonic harps. The experience is further enriched by harmonic chants, evoking evocative, mystical atmospheres.

Participants are gently led into a profound sound immersion—an invitation to deep, conscious listening and a meditative state that nurtures and regenerates body, mind, and spirit.

About Mirko:
Musician, music therapist, sound healer, writer, and researcher, he explores the world of sound and its beneficial interaction with body, mind, and spirit.

He is among the first music therapists in Italy to use the sound of singing bowls and other harmonic instruments to induce states of deep relaxation and well-being for therapeutic purposes.

Graduated in Communication Sciences and Art and Music Therapy, he is the founder of the first Italian Association of Sound Therapy and Music Therapy, created to build a network between Italian and international researchers and enthusiasts, fostering dialogue and deeper integration between the two disciplines.

In 2023, after more than twenty years of study and research, he and Alexia Aulicino founded Tempio Sonoro in Catania, with the mission of continuing to spread the use of sacred sound through the conscious and respectful use of instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks, and harmonic harps.
