- **Event Description**: For the 5th year in a row we will start the year by going within our inner space through a meditative tea ceremony. After, we will connect with the I Ching...an ancient Daoist practice that helps us understand our present energy and to help us foresee the challenges and opportunities ahead.

We will also dive into the wisdoms offered in Chinese philosophy on the 3 dimensions of being human known as heaven, earth and human. This will give us a chance to collectively reflect on which dimensions are most in balance and what we can do in the months ahead to nourish each aspect of our being.

▪️9am – Optional Yoga (booking to be placed separately)

▪️10.15 – 11am – Breakfast 

▪️11am – Tea Ceremony

▪️1pm – Lunch Break (not included in price)

▪️3-5pm – Workshop: I Ching Message for the New Year and aligning our Spirit, Earth and Human aspects for 2026.

▪️5-8pm – Integration time including use of the spa facilities.
