Rooted in the yogic concept of Spanda (the subtle inner pulse that transforms stillness into expressive movement), Inside Flow invites the body to move from inner listening blending breath, sensation, and music into continuous movement.

At the heart of it all, Inside Flow is about FEELING. It is about letting go of control, surrendering to the music, and discovering a sense of freedom within your body. 

It is about pure and unfiltered joy that rises from moving with intention and heart.

About Your host:
Denise Anselmo is a qualified Yoga Teacher. Her Yoga journey began back in 2018 in Italy, and she has never stopped ever since.

Denise teaches Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga inspired by the method Body Mind Flow, a powerful method that helps you reconnect to your breath and to your inner self thanks to the combination of asanas (yoga poses), meditation, breathing techniques and free movement.

She also teaches Inside Flow Yoga, a style that perfectly combines asanas and breathing to the beat of modern music to guide you through a unique flow-like state of mind experience.

Her intention is to let students understand that practicing Yoga means moving the body consciously, being guided by the breath. She wants to spread the concept that Yoga is a never-ending journey of personal growth that starts on the mat, and continues outside of it in everyday life.
