Each Full Moon, I’ll be heading to the sea and you’re welcome to come along. There’s no cost - just bring yourself, an open mind and maybe a friend!

- Swimwear and a towel
- Plenty of warm layers for after the swim
- A thermos with a hot drink to enjoy post-swim
- Floatation aid if you’re not confident in swimming (it’s all about the experience, not exercise)
- Torch if you have 🙂
- A sense of adventure!
