Bokwa is a type of dance fitness which has the benefits of a cardio workout. It is suitable for different types of people of various ages, body weights and fitness levels. It is a fun and energetic class that also serves as good training for your body. This type of fitness class is relatively new to Malta and a great opportunity to discover how training and working out can also be fun and enjoyable!
Bokwa can help you lose weight, tone up your body, strengthen your legs, build up your stamina, improve your circulation and lung capacity, as well as your muscle coordination.
These classes will be lead by Duane Callus from Hustle Fitness - A JAYE Company. Duane is a dancer who has been dancing latin dance and ballroom for 13 years, has also been taking part in other sports activities such as the triathlon and fitness training. He has a long background in fitness and has been doing Bokwa classes for the past year with growing success. He is looking to expand the love of fitness in Malta by increasing classes so that people can join in and have fun.
Ages: 13+ This class may not be suitable for persons with health-related issues involving the knees, ankles and heart.
Price: €10 per session
Comfortable clothing is recommended.
