Join us for a day of German food, music, games, and family fun at the annual Volksfest, hosted by the Peoria German American Central Society!

Volksfests, or “People’s Festivals,” are a cherished tradition in Germany, and the Peoria German American Central Society has proudly carried on this legacy since the 1930s!

What to Expect:
• Authentic German eats: Heidelburgers, Brats, Porksicles, Potato Salad & more
• Complete dinners will be served from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• à la carte sandwiches and Bavarian pretzels available until 7pm or while supplies last
• Cold German and Domestic Beer, Soda and Water also available
• Live music from Eddie Korosa, Al’s Pals Polka Band & the Lindenhof Echoes
• Fun Activities for the kids - Full Playground and Bounce House
• PSV Soccer matches  (starting at 1 PM)
• Traditional games like Nagelspielen & Stein Holding (includes souvenir stein + beer for $15!)
• Unique German gifts at the Damenchor tent
