Through various transformative Breathwork Journeys, guided meditations, mirror practice, connection to nature, sacred cacao ceremony, free dancing, full moon ritual, sound immersion, sisterhood circles, play and laughter, we will explore the depths of your shadows facilitating deep release. Mastering your internal world through acknowledgement, surrender, release, acceptance and embodiment.  Awakening your inner light and power and bringing in the authencity of your true self, allowing you to step into the brilliance of your Embodied Light

Whether you are looking to break free of limitations placed on you, wanting to live in balance and alignment of your true self, needing to honour your heart led desires and needs or have that deep soul led call to reclaim your truth and light, this retreat offers a sacred space of deep release, reflection and embodiment
