OPENING CIRCLE WITH THE HORSES

We’ll begin this gentle day in circle, amongst the horses. Together we’ll set a personal intention for the day, while Stefano offers his crystal pyramid to focus and energise what you’re calling in.

MINDLESSNESS IN & WITH NATURE (MIND)

Join us for a beautiful practice of slowing down, and becoming fully present and accepting of each moment. Surrounded by fresh air, natural beauty and gentle sounds, you’ll unwind, letting go of mental clutter, and feel more grounded and connected – to yourself, to nature, and to those around you.

SOUND HEALING (BODY)

A deeply relaxing sound bath that immerses you in soothing vibrations designed to melt away tension and restore balance. The tones gently move through your body, easing stress and fatigue, leaving you calm, relaxed, replenished and renewed.

EQUINE THERAPY (SOUL)

Time with our Equine Therapy herd offers a powerful yet gentle space for connection and insight. In the presence of the horses, you’re invited into deeper self-awareness and a quiet remembering of who you truly are.

ABOUT THIS RETREAT

THIS DAY IS FOR YOU IF YOU:

• love nurturing your inner self and are re-energised by doing so
• want to experience cacao ceremony, equine therapy, mindfulness or a sound bath - for the first or 'n'th time
• are on the journey to wholeness
• live with intense emotional distress, regularly feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, stuck & unmotivated
• have physical pain or health challenges
• are looking for a safe and supportive space to explore and release suppressed emotions
• are wanting to release negative patterns, and cultivate greater emotional resilience
• love horses and being in their presence
• are looking for your tribe! of like-minded people
