The Siberian Husky Club of NSW is collaborating with The Canicross Club for A Dash in the Dark and A Dash of Cani.

A canicross event will be held by The Canicross Club on Saturday afternoon before the commencement of A Dash in the Dark.

Race Details:

? Race Marshal: Murray McGregor
? Race Veterinarian: Derek Keeper
? Race Photographer: The Fur Mum Pet Photography

? Racing will be conducted under the AFSS rules.

⏱️ Race Format: PM / AM

Classes:
6 & 4 Dog Open 
3 & 2 Dog Open
Bikejoring (combined)
1 Dog Open 
2 Dog Touring & 2 Dog Veterans
1 Dog Touring, 1 Dog Veterans & Juniors 
Bantam Class
Pee Wees (Sunday Only)

*Bikejoring may run with the 3 & 2 Dog Open class depending on entry numbers.

?Race pack and bib collection is from 1pm to 3pm on Saturday.

? There will be a compulsory drivers meeting at 4pm on Saturday.

Racing will commence at 5pm on Saturday, and 7am on Sunday.
*Subject to weather conditions.

? Lights will be required for all classes on Saturday except the Bantam Class, and may be required for rig classes on Sunday.

? Vaccination requirement is C3 and recommended is C5. This is compulsory for all dogs at the event. Titer tests are accepted.
** Dogs with a medical exemption must provide a letter from a veterinarian.
