This session is designed for pitchers and catchers with little to no prior experience. Pitchers will learn proper positioning on the mound and the key fundamentals needed to develop a consistent fastball grip. Catchers will focus on correct stance and positioning behind the plate while learning the basics of receiving and introductory blocking techniques.

January 4th 12pm-2pm
The Elite session is intended for athletes with multiple years of game experience and a solid understanding of pitching or catching mechanics. Pitchers will work on advanced skills, including off-speed pitch development and refining various pitch grips. Catchers experienced in handling higher-level pitching will focus on advanced framing and receiving, improved blocking and pitch presentation, and effective techniques for throwing out runners.

Cost: $100
