After a short connecting exercise as a group, we will all choose individually what our body and spirit needs that day—it could be going on the hike, relaxing, journaling, making art, taking photographs, communing with the wildflowers, chatting with others, making music, or just being with oneself. 

For each gathering Emily Martin, mindfulness meditation teacher and nature guide, will choose the most appropriate location for given weather and wildflowers.  Location TBD based on local conditions. 

Awe Walk Dates: Wednesdays 10:30-Noon. April 8, 22. May 5, 20.  Free.  Join for one or for all.
