Nomination forms are available on the noticeboard at the Club and at the far end of the Clubrooms in a folder with the mats. 
Alternatively, nomination forms are available directly from the Secretary and can be left at the drop box at the Club or given to the Secretary, (in Peter's letterbox will be fine). 

Please ensure forms are filled in correctly with names and signatures completed.

Proposed motions and any other business should be submitted to the Club Secretary
not less than 14 days prior to the AGM unless agreed by the Executive.
Further information will be provided no later than 7 days before the meeting.
