Fire Cider has become one of my favorite things to have on hand throughout the colder months. With its powerhouse combination of apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, turmeric, citrus, horseradish, and other herbs and spices, it’s a warming traditional herbal tonic that I reach for all winter long.

And now it’s officially time to make this year’s batch!

This will be my fourth year making Fire Cider, and this year I wanted to turn my annual tradition into something we could enjoy together! Camas Cove has graciously opened their beautiful winery to us for a fun afternoon of chopping, mixing, laughing, and making our own Fire Cider to take home.

What is Fire Cider?

Fire Cider is a traditional herbal remedy that has been made and used for generations, especially during the colder months. It’s a spicy, tangy, slightly sweet tonic made by infusing raw apple cider vinegar with ingredients like garlic, onion, horseradish, ginger, turmeric, hot peppers, citrus, herbs, and honey.

It’s become a winter staple for me, and I’d love to share how I make it with you!

🔥 Cost: $40 per person

Your $40 covers all of the ingredients and supplies, and you’ll leave with your own large mason jar of homemade Fire Cider to take home and let infuse.
