- **Event Description**: Join Stephanie Frost for an all-levels yoga practice beneath the cedar branches at Idler’s Rest to celebrate International Yoga Day AND the first day of Summer!

This offering is a bit different from her regular classes. In addition to an accessible yoga practice, the event will include kirtan (call-and-response devotional singing), bodywork offerings, and potentially other restorative modalities throughout the session.

Come as you are as we practice asana under the cedar trees. Stephanie offers beginner to intermediate classes. The classes offer Meditation, Pranayama (breath control), Ashtanga-Vinyasa asana, and a short sound bath during a 10 minutes savasana.

Allowing oneself to explore body, mind, and breath in a bedrock of self inquiry and compassion. Stephanie encourages her students to practice not to reach a goal, but to meet yourself as you already are on your mat and see what unfolds breath by breath.
