About the CONNECT Conference
The CONNECT Conference is designed to empower students with disabilities, families, and professionals in navigating the transition to competitive integrated employment (CIE) for post-secondary success.

This event brings together two key components:
🔹ECLIPSE Student Leadership Conference: A hands-on, engaging experience for students with disabilities to build self-advocacy, workplace skills, and career readiness for students participating in inclusive post-secondary education (IPSE) programs.
🔹NWIPSEA Capacity Building Institute (CBI): A professional development event focused on best practices for inclusive post-secondary education (IPSE) program educators, transition coordinators, employment specialists, and families supporting students in postsecondary education and employment.

✅ Inspiring Keynotes – Hear from former inclusive post-secondary education students who have successfully transitioned to CIE.
✅ Interactive Workshops – Build resumes, practice interviews, and learn about workplace rights and benefits.
✅ Networking & Leadership – Learn about advocacy while engaging with professionals, families, and peers through structured leadership sessions.
