This annual event will be held in Moscow, bringing together a captivating collection of works from the best female watercolour artists worldwide.

Judging Process
1. Stage One: All submitted works will be reviewed by the artistic committee. Approved works will be accepted for the exhibition.
2. Stage Two: The jury will select the top 20 works from the accepted pieces to proceed to the final stage.
3. Stage Three: The Artist of the Year will be chosen from the 20 finalists through a combination of public voting and the jury's decision.

Terms & Conditions
· The competition is open to all artists aged 18 and over.
· Artworks must be the original work of the artist. Do not submit copies of other works.
· Open theme.
· Permitted artwork dimensions:
· Minimum: 30 x 40 cm
· Maximum: 60 x 40 cm

1. High-quality photographs of up to 3 artworks (in JPG format).
2. Details for each piece:
· Title
· Dimensions
· Year of Creation
· Price (in US Dollars)
3. A brief artist biography (max. 250 words).
4. One high-quality portrait photograph of the artist.
