2026 NWMPA Annual Convention

It is time!

Registration for this years convention at the University of Idaho is coming! Here is a short list of the highlights for this years show:

- Tour of the new Meat Science Center Dedicated to Ron Richards
- Cutting demonstration by the Butchers of America
- Classes on business management, curing techniques and more!
- Tours of local butcher shops
- NW Cured Meats Championships with our first ever scholarship where the winner of the Best of Show Award will be send to the AAMP show in Milwaukee, WI to show their product nationally!
