- **Event Description**: This clinic is a two day clinic. One day (Saturday) is also available. Day one is focusing on groundwork, obstacles and confidence building. Day two will be in our Outdoor Course (weather permitting, of course). You'll use the tools you learned the first day to send your horse over much larger obstacles. If the weather decides to be uncooperative, we will work inside on shoulder and hip control, softness and there's usually a fun game or two. This is a tentative schedule - we all know what happens when you give horses a schedule to abide by! We do welcome younger horses and this is a great way to prepare them for riding later. 


The obstacles your horses will be working over would be our box, discs (think bosu ball), noise teeter totter, side to side teeter and barrels. Each obstacle helps the horse think about where they are putting their feet and helps solidify your “whoa”. 


Pricing - $250 per horse for 1 day, $375 per horse for 2 days. Desensitizing  is an additional $75.  Half is due one week before the clinic, the other half by the start of the first day. Cash or check is preferred, but paypal is also available. There is a 5% fee for electronic payments.  Checks can be mailed to the address above. 


*******NEW FOR 2026 - Desensitizing (tail tarp, cones and flags) will be an extra fee of $75. If you are interested, it will be a case by case basis and done after the first day of the clinic.

Stalls and electrical hookups are available for $25 each for the weekend. These are first come, first served. Please bring bedding, buckets and feed.
