the Gathering is more than a convening; it is a movement rooted in togetherness, wholeness, and the power of bringing people together to create lasting change around holistic wellness. Hosted by the Hand, Heart, + Soul Project, this event centers nutrition education, agriculture, and school transition while supporting deep connections among children, families, educators, and communities.

It’s also about sharing the journey about the Clayton Collaborative and the Community Champions, uniting leaders and organizations dedicated to uplifting our community.

Nutrition + Ag Education: Understanding that well-nourished children are better learners, we emphasize the critical link between food access, nutrition education, and holistic child development, equipping families and educators with tools to support lifelong well-being.

School Transition: We uplift the importance of high-quality learning experiences by exploring innovative strategies, solutions, and hands-on approaches that support young children and the educators who shape their futures.

Hand, Heart, and Soul Project (HHSP) appreciates your participation in the Gathering. Your participation means you agree to allow HHSP to photograph, film, and record you during the event. You grant your irrevocable consent to HHSP, its successors, assigns, and licensees to include your name, likeness, photographic image, mannerisms, and voice (“Likeness’) in HHSP materials in any media, including, but not limited to, our website, podcasts, and written materials, (collectively “HHSP Materials”) without compensation and/or credit, for any purpose whatsoever in any and all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity.

HHSP commits to using a good faith effort to accurately depict any such Likeness in HHSP Materials for the purpose of advancing our charitable purpose. All photographs, film or video footage, or other audio or video recordings in any media are owned by HHSP, and any works derived therefrom shall be the sole property of HHSP. You waive any and all rights of claims associated with publicity, privacy, or other personal rights therein.

You further waive any and all rights to bring an action at law or equity against HHSP, its successors, assigns, and licensees, and release them from any and all liability whatsoever related to the use of likeness.
