Triangle Shala Yoga Class

Join Triangle Shala Yoga Studio for a free, all-levels outdoor yoga class at the Western Wake Farmer's Market! This 1-hour class will be held in the fresh autumn air, providing the perfect opportunity to connect with nature while practicing yoga. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, this class will guide you through mindful movements and include a calming Pranayama (breathwork) session to center your mind and body. Don’t forget to bring your own yoga mat and enjoy this rejuvenating practice at the market!

Triangle Shala is a small yoga studio right around the corner from the market. Our mission at Triangle Shala is to provide yoga that is accessible & authentic. We aim to create a safe and inclusive environment where individuals can come together to deepen their understanding of yoga through the study of its traditional roots, including Sanskrit, music and philosophy. Shala, in Sanskrit means home. The triangle stands for a variety of things, the location of our studio in Triangle area in NC, the space where yoga, Sanskrit & music meet and much more!
