Join us for a walk, timed 5K run or bike ride on the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail followed by lunch by Thompson's Flour Shop, live music by Ron Gagnon, wellness class demos and raffle prizes.  Not able to get out on the trail?  No problem!  Come for lunch and live music.    

Each ticket includes a swag bag with great goodies from Vermont businesses including Ursa Major!
