During our time together, we will experience:

✨ ACTIVATION & EXPLORATION – Begin with grounding exercises and playful exploration as we connect through sound, movement, and breath.

✨ HANDPAN FOUNDATIONS – Learn the history, anatomy, and acoustic qualities of the instrument. Discover the wide range of makers, materials, and scales—and how these affect the sound and feel of a handpan.

✨ GUIDED PLAY & DISCOVERY – Through individual and group exercises, start “discovering your touch” in a supportive space where no musical experience is required.

✨ MEDITATION & CONNECTION – Drop into deeper presence through meditative sound experiences and intuitive playing. Q&A + Buying Guidance – Feel empowered in your next steps with practical insights on what to consider when choosing a handpan: from budget and size to tuning, scale, and sound quality.

✨ CLOSING PRAYERFORMANCE – Sarah and Sean end the afternoon with a collaborative offering of handpan and voice—a shared expression of what we've awakened together.
 
Handpans will be provided, or feel free to bring your own. All are welcome. Cost: $125 • Space is limited.
