We will start with a warm cup of tea or hot cider over conversation and intention setting. Then we will start our Yoga Nidra journey - a guided meditation designed to release tension, reset the nervous system and invite deep rest and stillness.

This is the perfect self-care practice for anyone needing to invite calm, clarity and a soft landing before the holidays.

No experience is needed, just come as you are.
