Also included are Vaclav Nelhybel’s rousing Estampie Natalis, based on a 13th-century dance, and works by Palestrina, Bach, Nunes Garcia, Carol Barnett, Alice Parker and more, culminating in Craig Courtney’s hilarious Musicological Journey Through the Twelve Days of Christmas. Season of Blessings features instrumentalists Kris Lamb, flute and piccolo; Michael Holak, cello; Kimberly Love, viola; John Leister, percussion; and John Girvin, piano and organ.
