About the event

Scarecrows at the Park
An autumn celebration presented by the Morristown Parks and Recreation Department. Fall into fun while decorating your scarecrow. The Scarecrows will be displayed on the south side of the park for the public to enjoy. Scarecrows are to be decorated on September 26th, beginning at noon, and judged at 6:30pm, and will stay in the park until November 5th.
Prizes will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place in the following categories: Youth Group, Churches, Business/Agencies, and Families.
