Unwind in a softly lit space and let the sounds do the work. This candlelight sound bath is a deeply calming experience using crystal singing bowls and gentle instruments to support rest, nervous system reset, and quiet reflection.

You’ll be guided into a comfortable resting position as waves of sound move through the body, helping release tension and invite a sense of ease. No experience needed — just come as you are.

Please bring anything that helps you feel comfortable while resting (yoga mat, blanket, pillow). Space is limited.
