Texas Beef & Wine Tasting

Join us at The Fort on October 10 as we bring Texas flavors to Colorado with a special Beef & Wine Dinner featuring Nolan Ryan’s Goodstock beef and William Chris Vineyards. Rob Sullens will represent Goodstock, while Chris Brundrett, co-founder and owner of William Chris, shares his award-winning wines.

MENU: Includes a barbecue short rib empanada, Texas armadillo eggs, Santa Fe salad, filet mignon and finishes with a chocolate chili bourbon cake—an unforgettable evening of Texas ranching and winemaking right here in Colorado.

Check in begins at 5:30 PM and the event at 6 PM
