This will then transition into intention setting, working with the energy of the Winter Solstice.We will then move through a breathwork journey together to release stagnant emotions/energy, regulate our nervous systems, and access the subconscious mind.After this, as you rest in shavasana, Val will take us through the process of tuning the body & mind towards a calmer state, and harmonize the body's own vibrations through a combination of crystal bowls, tuning forks, and more.
