Join us for this exciting six - week series offering with local area resident, Crystal Sheehan.

Crystal started practicing yoga, initially for anxiety relief, back pain relief, and a natural way to sleep better. Throughout the years, she realized how beneficial yoga has been in so many more ways than she was seeking, and wanted to share her practice and internal healing with others. 

Crystal completed her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training Certification in June 2021 through Be Well Community Yoga. Since then she has expanded her practice, skills, yoga education and interests. Currently working on her 500 hr certification, she also started her Sound Practitioner certification and does Sound Healing Meditations at various locations. You will often find her bringing her Dragon Gong and Crystal Singing Bowls to share the passion she has for sound healing to her yoga classes. Overall, she hopes to help others build strength and mental ease through movement, breathwork and sound.

Crystal's classes are based on a therapeutic and strength building practice through breath work, deep stretching and gentle movement, focusing on optimal physical alignment and creating balance, all leading up to a flow designed to strengthen and challenge as well as rejuvenate and relax the entire mind and body.

Sunset Yoga on the Beach - six week series
Thursday evenings beginning on Thursday, July 9, 2026
Class dates:  July 9, 16, 23, 30 and August 6, 13
6:15 pm - 7:15 pm
Morris Town Beach / 83 East Shore Road, Morris
$65 for the entire six - week series / $15 drop in rate
Cash or checks payable to "Morris Beach & Recreation"
