Unwind your day and ease into the evening with Candlelight Yoga. This calming, all-levels class is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your breath. Practiced in a softly lit room illuminated by candlelight, we’ll move through gentle, flowing sequences paired with longer, soothing stretches to relax the body and quiet the mind.

Expect mindful transitions, grounding poses, and moments of stillness that invite deep relaxation and stress relief. Class may include breathwork and a peaceful savasana to help you leave feeling balanced, restored, and ready for a restful night’s sleep. Perfect for anyone looking to de-stress, stretch, and reset after a long day. ?️✨
