I would recommend reviewing the maps for this weeks runs and maybe even downloading the maps.

The 5km head out along Wheatsheaf rd, then Panalatinga Rd and Bains road before turning left onto Investigator drive then left onto  Warburton Dr then return to the park via Sunrise dr, Panalatinga Rd and the trail in Wilford Taylor reserve.

The 10km runners head out along Wheatsheaf rd, then Panalatinga Rd and Bains road before turning left onto Knox Dr through to Equestrian Drive before joining Pimpala Rd.  Return to the park via Panalatinga Rd and the trail in Wilford Taylor reserve.

There is also a 20k run which leaves earlier. and completes an initial loop before joining the 10k runners at 7.15am.

There is no cost and everyone is welcome.
