I would recommend reviewing the maps for this weeks runs and maybe even downloading the maps.

The 5km head out along Christies creek trail before joining Timothy Rd making your way onto Alexander Ave  then onto Bains Rd.  Return to the park via Emmerson Dr, Claremont St and then the trail back to the start. 

The 10km head out along Christies creek trail before joining Salisbury Ave, crossing over Flaxmill Rd up to Nicolle Dr onto Lindsay Dr. Cut through the side of the IGA on to Elizabeth Rd before joining on to Doctors Rd via Selina St. Return to the park via States Rd and Taylors Ave. 

There is also a 20k run which leaves earlier. and completes an initial loop before joining the 10k runners at 7.15am.

There is no cost and everyone is welcome.
