For most people change can be a challenge. What we have learned is that if you properly prepare and teams prepare for change it can quickly turn into continuous improvement. In this workshop we lay out the 4 levels of change and the 9 dynamics of change and lay a foundation that allows a team to strategically leverage the change to actually be manageable and for some teams even dare we say fun. Unity, no surprises, clear roles, timely communication and even sharing the implementation of change as a team creates powerful lines of infrastructure in your organization. Change will happen how we manage moving forward with change can insure an overall positive effect on the organization.
Consensus Driven Leadership
We all have our definitions of leadership and what it should and should not do. We want to explore what we feel are the most basic tools any employee can demonstrate if they have influence over just one person. If you have ever been given a new role or hired a new role on your team, there are unwritten many times uncommunicated expectations on the role itself. It is our desire in this workshop to equip organizations with a few simple tools that will launch everyone into leading from their lane. We explore aspects of standard customer service, driving an effective meeting and how to handle angry people effectively both personally and for the organization. We attempt to take away the complications of leadership and teach how to launch a whole organization of leaders from all positions.
