* A safe space to talk symptoms, mood, sleep, confidence, relationships, work — the lot

* Tea, honesty, and the occasional laugh as a life raft

✨ Bonus for this session: we’ve got a short talk from Mel, a Pelvic Floor Physio — bringing the helpful, evidence-informed stuff on pelvic floor health (without making it awkward). Bring your questions, your curiosity, and your “is this normal?!” moments.

Anyone experiencing menopause/perimenopause (all backgrounds and identities welcome). You don’t need a diagnosis — just a sense that something’s shifting and you’d like support.
