- Lambing: normal lambing and interventions
- Post lambing: conditions
- Care of the neonate
- Common conditions of the neonate
- Antibiotic use at lambing
The afternoon will cover the practical, including:
- Lambing simulator & use ropes
- Castration/tail docking
- Tubing lambs
- Intraperitoneal injections
- Harness for prolapses
- Shed set up for lambing
- Entropion
- Fostering / skinning lambs
