Celebrate World Kindness Day with this engaging session run by Speak & Share.

Local non-profit organisation, ‘Speak & Share’ deliver relatable and interactive mental health sessions that are engaging, movement-based, and designed to break down stigma while building real connection.

This workshop, aimed at young people aged 14-18, will focus on:

Strengthening peer connection and a sense of belonging
Promoting mental wellbeing and open conversations
Understanding the support networks available
Learning practical tools to manage stress and pressure.
Brought to you by Mornington Peninsula Shire Library and Mornington Peninsula Shire Youth Services.
