They learn how to safely prepare objects for mould making, create silicone moulds, and generate wax components for jewellery designs, with consideration of scale and wearability.Outcome: A silicone mould created from a found object and wax components ready for casting and design integration.Class 3 - Saturday 30 May, 10am-1pmPolishing and FinishingParticipants clean and refine cast jewellery, develop confidence using files, abrasives, and rotary tools, explore polished and matte finishes, refine edges for comfort and durability, and complete final polish and presentation.Outcome: A finished, wearable cast jewellery piece with a professional finish.About the artistGeorgia Symmons is the artisan behind Tyet Designs, creating unique mixed metal jewellery inspired by nature and ancient symbolism.
