We Are Officially Partnering With The PMDD Project

I am absolutely thrilled to share something incredibly meaningful! Vita Sana Mind Spa Retreats has officially partnered with The PMDD Project, the only registered UK charity dedicated to supporting those living with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder.

This partnership means the world to me. PMDD awareness and support is something deeply close to my heart, and being able to collaborate with a charity doing such vital work feels like the perfect alignment of purpose, compassion, and community.

And with April being PMDD Awareness Month, the timing couldn’t be more perfect.
