It's time for my annual Christmas chill out! I love this session so much, it really gets me in the mood and energy for the festivities. 

Join me for an afternoon of Dru yoga, meditation and ayurvedic philsophy to keep you calm and peaceful, as well as vibrant and healthy for the festive period! 

December and January are busy busy, so take some time out to focus on yourself, restore your sense of harmony and wellbeing and set you up for the festive period. 

This workshop will be held online via Zoom. Price £20.

Booking essential, places are limited, and only payment secures a place. Refunds only where 48 hours notice given.
