?CLASS DEMOS, FREE CLASSES ON TENNIS COURT, STUDIO TOURS, GIFT BAGS, SNACKS AND BEVERAGES, AND 3 GIVEAWAYS!!!?

Our studio is hosting an OPEN HOUSE from 8-12 on Saturday, October 18th!!  

Come meet our instructors and tour our studio! You will be able to participate in sample demonstrations of all of our class offerings during your tour, sample our Pilates equipment, and check out the Mat Studio.  Ask All The Questions and get Info on All The Things you've been curious about!!    

AT THE SAME TIME we will also be offering FREE 30-minute classes on the tennis court in St. Lawrence Park, across from our studio starting at 8:30 AM.  
8:30- Yoga
9:15- Barre
10:00- Sculpt
10:45- Swan and Soul Flow
These classes are all BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat- or towel)!!

Then back at the studio starting at 11:30*, we'll be having a 30 minute Restorative Yoga with Sound Bath class!!  
*Space is limited for this class, so if we have too many, we'll offer a 2nd session starting at 12:15?

So many things to do on a Saturday morning!!  Take one class or try them ALL, it's up to you!  Bring your friends and have some FUN!!!

-Tasia Burgess, owner of Simi Eats, will have info for her revamped, upcoming meal prep service and protein bar samples in our gift bags.
-Jenny Harvey of Jenny Bakes will have her cookies in our gift bags. 
 
And of course we're doing a GIVEAWAY!!!  Everyone gets an entry for 3 Giveaways: 1 Drawing for a pack of Free Classes and a pair of grip socks, 1 Drawing for a Gift Basket from Med Spa of MC, and One Drawing for a Gift Card from Southern Graze!
