Join us as Chef Martin Yan prepares delectable Asian dishes from his two new cookbooks, The Best of Yan Can Cook and MY Asian Kitchen. Experience the magic of his cooking live and learn the secrets behind his signature dishes. 

Following the culinary demonstration, Chef Martin Yan will be available for a book signing and meet-and-greet with fans.

No registration is required. First come, first seated. 

This program is presented as part of the Santa Clara County Library District's Lunar New Year celebration.
