Our Wellbeing in Nature sessions are all about good company, fresh air, and trying your hand at something different. Whether it’s sharing a story around the campfire, getting stuck into a bit of woodcraft, foraging or simply enjoying the peace of the trees, there’s something for everyone each week.Spending time outside has loads of benefits—it can boost your mood, ease stress, and give you a real sense of connection (to both nature and good craic with others!). Plus, it’s just a great excuse to get active, get outdoors and do something fun.Come along and join us in the woodlands as part of the Wilder Walkmill project. No pressure, no experience needed - just bring yourself and see what it’s all about!Where: Walkmill Community Woodlands, Moresby Parks, near Whitehaven - meet at Moresby Rugby Club car park.When: Tuesday 9th December, 1pm-3pmWhat: We will wander into the woodland and gather some natural materials which we will then use to create our Christmas wreath masterpieces.No experience is necessary and we will provide all the tools and materials.This event is free & suitable for all abilitiesPlease ensure you wear clothing and footwear suitable for the weather and for an outdoor setting.
