Go to the banya and stay healthy #SPAsiboCamp Frequently Asked Questions Is it a family-friendly camp? Yes! Please bring your kids, it's a place where you can enjoy your time together. Just a friendly heads-up: you are still responsible for their safety at all times. What should I bring? Don’t forget a towel, comfortable sauna clothes (natural is better), a robe, a yoga mat, and VERY warm clothes for the evening. You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks, but please avoid alcohol before sauna sessions and practices. When should I arrive? Main wellness activities will take place on Saturday. The full schedule will be shared later. You can also choose the optional Friday arrival (from 4 PM), which includes dinner and gives you a chance to settle in, camp overnight, enjoy a relaxed lake swim on Saturday morning, and join a morning yoga session. Where do we stay overnight? This will be a large group campground (around 100 people). You’re welcome to bring your own setup: Tent Car camping Van or RV All types of camping arrangements are allowed. Is food included in the ticket? Your ticket includes one lunch per person on Saturday. If you choose the Friday arrival option, Friday dinner is included as well. For other meals: You can bring and cook your own food (large grills will be available on-site) Or enjoy additional meals prepared on-site for a small extra fee Snacks will also be available throughout the day Can I bring alcohol or other substances? We can’t fully restrict this, but we strongly recommend avoiding alcohol before any practices, especially sauna sessions. We encourage you to stay present, connected to your body, and fully experience the camp. What if I’m not sure yet whether I’ll come on Friday or Saturday? You can purchase a base (Saturday) ticket for now and decide later.
