Frankie's Plaza presents our annual Halloween Costume Contest on Friday, October 31st featuring 𝙻𝙸𝚅𝙴 𝙼𝚄𝚂𝙸𝙲 from Seven Turn. $600 in prizes, dancing, drink specials + fun all night long!
