The SECU Crystal Coast Hospice House is thrilled to announce the return of the Annual Gingerbread Festival, taking place December 12-14, 2025, at the Crystal Coast Civic Center in Morehead City, NC. This signature holiday event, our primary fundraiser, brings together families, local businesses, and community organizations to celebrate the season through support, creativity, tradition, and festive spirit. The festival will feature a variety of activities for all ages, including:
* 🎉 Preview Party (ticketed event) – Friday, December 12, 7-10 PM
* ❄️ Festival open to the public – Saturday & Sunday, December 13-14, 11 AM - 5 PM
* 🎄 Sponsor decorated crab pot trees – A beautiful creative display!
* 🏠 Gingerbread House Competition – A showcase of artistry and craftsmanship from local bakers, students, and community members.
* ☃️ Kid’s Crafts – Hands-on holiday-themed activities for children and families.
* 🍬 Baked goods, sweet shop, and concession stand – Holiday treats, handcrafted goods, specialty foods, and unique gifts.
* 🎶 Live Performances – Musical entertainment and seasonal programming.
* 🎅 Santa’s Corner – Holiday photos and memories.
* 🏆 The Awards Reception – Sunday, December 14, 2025, at 4 PM, featuring the Sunshine Community Band!
